Will be interested to hear your feedback on these mate.

They are a few quid cheaper than the Kuhmo V70a's that I went for in the end.

Have you guys tried the Neuton NT5000 tyres yet ?

I got put onto them after watching some drifting of all things (I was there watching something else!), and chatting with a few of the teams. Apparently these tyres are pretty shit hot for track work. I put some on my other Saab track car and have found them to be excellent. Fantastic wear rate and certainly up there with some of the more expensive tyres.

Have a look here, they are cheap as chips and last really well, and offer a surprisingly high level of grip. The drifters swear by them saying they offer fantastic grip right down to the cord.

For 195/50R15's they are only £36.58 per corner!

I use 235/40R18's, and they are only £54 per corner.

Just another option.

I just had a good chat with Nicholas at Neo Brothers about those Neuton tyres. I'm going to try out a set but have to wait a while for them to arrive from Asia as they don't have my size in stock.

I'd be curious about those Neutron Bombs in the wet, given R888 performance in standing water

Once you get some heat in to them they are pretty good Mook. They are still a road tyre when all is said and done, but they do shift some water.

I am spoiled though as I run a set of Michelin Wets when it turns nasty.

Just need to check availability first

But just give us a ring on 0800 4488013 and the usual credit & debit card payment.
